Refund
On Sunday the 07th of June I went to FNB ATM to withdraw but the money didn't come out instead a slip come out indicating that the money did come out. Monday the 8th I went to the branch to report, even showed them pics of what their machine was indicating and was made to sign some forms, further promised that the money will be reversed however to date nothing has been received, when I call FNB no one seems to know what to do. The ATMs have cameras, the machines can record what came in, out and what's remaining but still no one seems to know where's my money.

12 Jun 2026, 07:06USELESS!!!I fail to deduce why FNB to date is failing to refund me my money, if I have to call FNB for employment now they will tell me I don't have experiance and yet the people employed there are failing to do a simply investigation, balance what come in and out of the ATM on that day, view a footage of the ATM. I don't want any false calls anymore please, I just want my MONEY.
