Refund

Since I've got the email from FNB that the first ***** case was solved and that an amount of R437 will be paid into my account. Such did not happen. Still waiting for that money. With the second case of the company called Symdekok I called in again they have said I have to write to Ombutsman offices. I told them to do that on my behalf the lady who was assisting me said she did, gladly I gave a reference number for it. Fnb kindly do what you promised to do.
