Refund delay

I am so appalled at the service fnb has given these past ,few years but if this isnt resolved, im moving business. I called fnb on the 12th of oct, as fnb had double debited me on my personal loan payment arrangements, i agreed for them to take 1100 per month and they took an additional 470 excluding monthly bank charges, inwhch they promised to refund 24-48 hours, as per Agent Nosipos response to my call. I type this 7days later and still no money is in. This worrying as i have no taxi fare, as i expected to use it, and yet there isnt any response or explanation., and this isnt the first time iv be wronged by this bank, im disgusted!

Not such a good day for me

yet again been double debited, and this time its an amount of 677.41 rands, and Agent Mapule said it would go through in 48 hours, but i write this to u 72hours later and nothing. I am appaulled and disgusted by your constant empty promises, i want my money back asap, as that money was for transportation, and you are now messing with my bread and butter. I tried giving you a chance to redeem yourselves as a company, but look where it got me!
