***** refund

I was de*****ed and ended up losing R40K on my FNB account. I lodged the complaint with FNB fruad line. Yes it took time but they made met me half way with a refund. They could have easily rejected my request and to me the fact that the paid R12K was impressive and humbling. Yes I with it was more but they tried. I am indebted to Fnb
