Refund

Service at FNB is terrible I was given discount to settle my credit card over 2 months, they failed to close it and was debited again for the 3rd month. I went to bank regarding my refund and paid up letter. I was given an email address to send a query, it's been 3 weeks now no respond from them. Service at FNB is very bad they don't care about their customers.
