Refund

On the 27/09/2022 at around between 16h00 and 17h00 i went to the Fnb atm trying to deposit the money,i deposited R5000 in the atm,while the machine was busy counting the money it jammed with the money stucked inside,the bank was already closed bt luckyly there was a lady inside preparing to knock off,i told her my story then she said she will go and check the machine,she went inside she checked the machine but unfortunately the machine did not become right,she said they have to restart the machine and the information will go away,they restarted the machine and they say i must come the following day to lay a claim,the following day on wednesday morning i went inside the bank,they lay a claim for me and they say money will be deposited to that account within 72 hrs,72hrs hours passes but the money was not transferred,now my account is in arrears and the creditor is calling me now and then,they want their money,i just dont what do anymore could you please help me
