Refund

on the 28th November 2025 made payment 2 times at McDonald's and it declined however it was deducted from my account.went in at the branch was advised It will be refunded in 48 hours but no refund has been made. I made payment of R749.80 two times, this means a total of R1499.60 needs to be refunded to me.

am really not happy about this as the person who was helping me assured me of my refund and said they were aware of the issues that occurred on the 28th November.
