Refund and process application urgently please.

I have app**** for a covid relief extention. It's been weeks without feedback. When I call no one answers because of apparently high call volumes and I have to wait for up to an hour. Can someone please call and assist with the process and finalizing. Also due to the extention I need to be refunded for July which I have also queried and its still not done.
