Refund

Good day i dont know what to do anymore.British Airways told us that we can contact our bank regarding our refunds i did that using my secure chat. from June but i am not winning i ve got reference number from fnb card dispute team but nothing is happening i did send the proof to them which is my tickets purchased from them using my card they can even see the payments form my account but nothing at all from them.. can anyone whos sees this assist me on how to contact the fnb ombutsman. The private Clients Service Suite is not assisting at all ive been speeking to the bankers but it seems they dont know what they are doing at fnb
