Refund

On the 15 August I transferred money into closed account that is with the legal department in error. I called in and they assured me they have submitted for a refund and I should get it in 10/15 working days.

I did this process twice within August today is the 11th September and still nothing has been received. This was rent money that o need to pay I'm now almost a month behind. I wasn't even given a reference number
