Refund

Had two personal loans which were settled on the 10/12/202 and on the 15 of December they debited my account. On the 17/12/2020 I called the personal loans department so that they can refund me my money which debited. Only one was refunded. For the second one I was told to wait 5 to 9 working days. To date no refund has been made. I followed up with them three times woth no joy. Called on the 31/12/2020 to check the progress amd nothing was done. Today I was told that only the escalation of the 31st os the one that is showing on the system. Phindile told me that now I have to wait another 7 to working days. How pathetic is that.
