*** // J S VAN DER BERG // Customer number ***5 Hi, On 14 December FNB requested a Bank confirmation letter which I have sent in the very same hour of the request, to date no refund was paid. Interesting I was handed over ( incorrectly) to attorneys, no apologies yet , then I requested a paid up letter (the reason not issued because they owe me money) . In the meantime paid up letter was issued but no refund paid yet........ The attorneys Brooks&Luyts was also very rude to me and called me every date
