Refund

I logged a case last year for money been taken out of my account via Ubereats. I logged another case for 3 more transactions and they found that my virtual code is the one been used and we deleted it. When i follow up on process i get told that someone has tried calling me and i havent received such. They dont even bother to send updated via email like our previous correspondence. Case ***. I just want my refund dont bother calling.
