Refund

Good day to you,

I call the debt review line and collections just rings endlessly the whole of last week . Went to the FNB in Boksburg East Rand mall branch where I got assisted by Poppie Mabena on the 29th July. Can I please be assisted I settled my loan 20/07/2022 however I was debited an instalment on the 25/07/22 of R1000.00. Can I please be assisted as I have been calling collections to the normal number no one assists, or your departments just rings and you basically listen to a robot went to a branch no one is getting back to me. Debt review department tells me to call collections it rings only no one picks up. I'm assuming I'll be debited again please I'm urgently requesting R1000.00 debited amount to be refunded as I have settled my loan account as well paid off my Fnb credit card. I requesting my money as I have paid my debt for FNB
