Refund
I am still waiting for my refund to be deposited into my account from FNB and their lawyers (Groenewald Lubbe Inc) i was promised a discount if i pay my account before the 30th of November which i did but more money was paid into FNB or Laywers account when enquire about it they said i must sent them bank statement for them to refund. still today i am still waiting for my refund so now FNB i am asking you for my money because i have a proof from your lawyers that shows a refund i am giving you today only to refund my account otherwise i am going to Bank Ombudsman
