Refund
I withdrew money at an atm but did not receive the money because the atm switched off. Its been 2 weeks now. Yesterday I got a message on the app saying the money will be refunded before the end of the day. I still did not get the money. Fnb has a very bad customer service

27 Mar 2024, 09:23I'm still waiting for my refund. I've been complain everyday from the 15th and all the consultants who call me say they will come back to me before end of business day which never happens. Fnb is a disgrace.
