Refund

I need fnb to refund that payment they took an amount that i was gonna pay my daughter hospital bill as fnb did advise that my account is in arrears and they will be deducting the money on the 30.06.2026 I said ok but this morning they took my last cent that i have to pay my daughters bill kindly refund the amount ASAP
