REFUND

Ive been promised a refund for the last 7 days, i keep getting told that admin has a back lock... how does a company have a delay of 7 days... REF ********** and ********** NF PLease refund me the money you promised as per the below email from Tshepo Mosolotsane, WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY SAY I MUST WAIT ANOTHER WEEK, IM SORRY I WILL NOT AND IF I DONT GET my refund today please close my account with immediate effect
