Refund

Deduction processed on my account after we returned the goods. Purchased goods on 26/03/2021 of R267 from my Easy Account. Goods were returned the following week. The deduction was processed on 16/04/2021. I logged a query for a refund but have not received any feedback or correspondence. Please refund the amount.
