Hi
I requested a refund from loans department i was advised to give them seven working days. I phone a loan call center few minutes ago their response was the issue has been escalated to the finance team, they dont know when my money will reflect on my account and they dont have a phone number for finance department. Its been nine working days now i still dont know when am i going to get my money back.
