Refuelling taken into account as non-Engen instead of Engen refuelling

I have always only refuelled at Engen fuel stations, yet, for November my eBucks statement indicated that I refuelled with R3,109 of non-Engen fuel, and no Engen fuel. Therefore, unless adjusted, I am going to miss out on eBucks for the next few months as a result of an administrative glitch. May you please advise whether this can be fixed, as I have only refuelled at Engen stations for the past year and a half since joining FNB... If not, this will probably have me forfeiting thousands of rands in eBucks due to your administrative glitch.
