ReferenceRl*** - Temporary Loan Query

Please note that I am writing here inconvenienced and frustrated.

I took a temporary loan on the 20th of February 2024, as per my agreement the date of the debit order was noted to be on my March paydate.

But the two debit orders ran in my account on the month of February. I called today to try and reverse as I’ve been calling without success the entire since I call after hours.

But your agent advised me that nothing can be done I must reapply for a new loan, as the account has been closed. But who must incur the initiation fee for a new application when I had planned for debit of next month end.

He explained how an Activity Based Payment works without any interest to escalate the issue to someone who can assist or assist me as I expressed that I have other financial obligations that require those funds and I’m currently stranded.

Can you please review this issue and provide some form of assistance. Instead of dismissing me like I had no agreement with the bank.
