reference

i wrote an email on the 24th December. all i want from you people is my reference number for the email i sent to care on the 24th. i dont want anything else. tomorrow will be the 20th business day since i sent the email so all i want from you bunch of ***** is my reference number. you dont take your clientele serious. you should be out of business at the rate you are doing your things. please send that reference number via email. i want it in writing. someone was supposed to call me on the 28th december i guess they went on leave or something because there is no handing over at fnb u wait for whoever is away until they come back. pathetic if you ask me. if you think you will take my hard earned cash from me you thought wrong.
