REF:*** self declaration form and account is inactive

Hi fnb bank Error 99999 I deposited money into my FNB Account number and now unable to transfer or with draw the money the error is Error 99999 and said the account is inactive or insufficiant balance ,but there is monet in my account and i came to know that i did't submited the self declaration and after i filled the form and signed and sent supporting documents as well and sent back to ********** mail id but still the My bank account is inactive Can any one please help me to active my account as this is urgent , My REF: ********** 2_ ********** 40_04508 so i sent filled the self declaration form online and sent to them but no response ,My account details are below My account details are as follows : Account Number : ********** 5168 REF: ********** 2_ ********** 40_04508
