***-*** (SEEMS LIKE FNB ACCOUNTS ARE THE EASIEST TO HACK!!!)

On the 17/02 an online purchase of R1922.60 was made on my account, it was without my consent (meaning my account was hacked).

What was really shocking was that my account had at zero balance at that time but FNB still allowed this transaction to go through, I immediately got in touch with a consultant who cancelled my card.

Apart from the ********** transaction of R1922.60 that FNB approved without having no funds in my account, on the 21/02 I was billed R200 for not having funds in my account and on the 24/02 I was charged a further R125 to have my card replaced.

Apart from being inconvenienced due to the negligence of FNB, I am R2247.60 out of pocket in total and my time as I needed to go into a FNB branch to unlock my online banking profile and apply for a new card.

Today is the 27/02 which absolutely no feedback from FNB as to when my money will be returned.

I strongly suggest that FNB clients look at changing over to a different bank, one with better online security measures...don't get bluffed with e-bucks when your earnings that you work hard for is not safe in an FNB account.
