Fnb is ridiculous bank, all empty promises, someone was supposed to get back to me for my query but still waiting for the call! a lady called whilst was in the bank and I asked her to call me back in 30 mins and as usual with your ridiculous customer service call centre still nothing. ********** NFwhy bother respond with a ref no if nothing is going to be done!!!!!REF ********** NF ********** NF ********** NF
