FNB is still taking me from pillar to post about my EFT reversal , since they promised to work on it has not been done yet ,their consultants at Digital Reversals are dropping my calls , I filled in all the required documents on 27/06/2022 and following their advice about the reversal process it is now more than 40 days , I really need that R2775 back I even said I don't mind paying for penalties , ref no: I - ***
