I opened a case on the 8th of February with FNB on card ***** after chatting with an FNB agent on my secure chat via the app. They said I should log a card ***** claim and then unfortunately I will have to cancel my card and get a new one because these some people keep on taking money from my account. This is after I called FNB. After I tried to contact this company. I paid R170 for a new card, kept on sending fob reminders via email – following up on this card ***** matter. At this time, this specific people took two payments from my card, that was R1244 each time. I again spoke to an agent via the secure chat on my app. The assured me If my card was cancelled this company will not be able to take money from my account again, I felt better. Update on my claim they said takes 4-6 weeks; someone will get back to me. Surprise – on the 24 February 2023 after all the above this same company took money again another R1200.00 At this very moment they have taken R3600. Currently, I spend money getting a new card from FNB – that obviously didn’t help. Currently, I have had no more feedback from Fib FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS I am short R3600 and looks like these people will be taking money every month and I cannot do anything about it because the support I get from FNB is not helping. From the first week in December to date – nothing!
