I would like to know how far my ***** case is, I've tried calling which is honestly pointless as the call goes unanswered. i have my car unpaid and this will negatively affect my credit score which at this point FNB seems to careless about.

I would also like a detailed explanation of what exactly took place and what preventative measures FNB has put in place to prevent this from happening again. At this point Im assuming a data breach took place as this is the only thing that adds up.
