Ref *** suddenly complaint closed still no reversal of money or someone saying when
<p>After my first complaint of fnb connect taking money within 12 hours but take 30 days to return, a lady phoned me on the 6th of april saying sorry, and everything has been cancelled and they wll have the reversal done maually and the guy doing it will be in touch?? still waiting for him aswell, now phoning to hear whats happening the complaint has been closed and still no money has been reversed or any how a answer on when!!! really pathetic!! i cant wait to get back to work to go change salary details to another ban**** my own money they owe me but i have to wait and they dont!!!! empty promises!!!!!!</p>
