Reduce FNBCredit Card limit

On Tuesday 2020/06/30 I went into my FNB Online banking profile. I wanted to decrease my Credit Card limit. My FNB Credit Card has a credit balance. I was surprised to find that I can only increase my limit. There is no facility to decrease one's FNB Credit Card limit. I then logged out and went to visit my FNB Branch. The person assisting me at the Branch presumed that I am not using my Online Banking facility correctly. But she was also amazed to only find an increase button. She told me that it seems like FNB has removed the decrease button. She then advised me to log a query as they do not deal with Credit Card queries at Branch level. I need to contact the FNB Credit Card call centre. I then logged my query stating that I want to decrease my FNB Credit Card limit. I then received an sms with REF ***Q, stating that a consultant will contact me within 24-48 business hours. It is now Saturday 2020/0704 and I am still waiting for FNB to contact me. I fail to understand why FNB removed the decrease button. It seems like they prefer us to be in debt. They try to make it as easy as possible to get into debt but as difficult as possible to get out of debt. Extremely poor customer service.
