Rediculous Service

I made a payment this morning after 09:00 & included proof of payment.

Found out they hadn't received it. Resent it to me & still got nothing, 5 hours later.

Called your centre & was told email was sent & 10 min later still nothing. She(Khensani) tried to send me from pillar to post, of which I refused & been on this call for 38 mins & counting.

Was told it was now sent manually & I'm 45mins in & still nothing. I've escalated the call & was told gonna get a call from Goldie Lepule as soon as I've hung up & didn't.

This is totally unacceptable, especially, since they know there is an issue.
