Red Tag Against my name

I paid up all my debt with this idiotic stupid bank in 2016. I have all the settlement letters to prove this. This stupidly foolish bank has some type of red tag against my name which is causing me endless headache when trying to make purchases. I have spoken to the customer service department! collections department and now cant get through to the legal department. Kutlwino and Mpho in these departments where of absolute no help what so evert. I am so absolutely sick of fnb its causing me tremendous stress. I am home sick with the COVID virus and instead if focusing on my health I have to run around this dumb bank trying to get my name clear for debt that NO ONE can give me proper feedback on. I had an account open with you I even ended up closing it because you were comfortable keeping my money but claim I owe you. Another *********** person with a white wig at Melrose Arch branch told me she will call e back to confirm this tag was removed. Never happened. I'm ****ed off!!!! CALL ME BACK IMMEDIATLY AND SORT THIS **** OUT.
