Recurring Incompetence

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter one week ago, and after waiting for a week for feedback from FNB, they have made incorrect assumptions on my issue and have reported that there is no issue.

Unfortunately, there is very much still an issue, and I am no stranger to technology. Very ironically, this came from the person who was assigned to my complaint (Happy Moloi).

Honestly FNB, do you have anyone competent still left there??
