I have just spoken to Nomonde Mokwebo from the ***** Division, and I would firstly like to sincerely apologise for the way I conducted myself during our conversation. I was rude, raised my voice and allowed my emotions to get the better of me. She certainly did not deserve to be spoken to in that manner, and I genuinely regret how I came across.

Secondly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nomonde. Despite the way I approached the conversation, she remained calm, composed and professional. She listened to me and assisted me within seconds. I literally went from 0 to 100, yet she handled the situation with a level of patience and professionalism that I truly appreciate.

I sincerely hope this message reaches her because I believe people should be recognised not only when things go wrong, but also when they go above and beyond in their roles.
