Reckless

They dont even deserve a single star. Am so disappointed. I've just called deceased estates to ask for my home loan statement.. the lady who helped asked to confirm my email address if its the last one i used. She said it and i found out its not my email address. I have not changed my details and now i realise the bank is giving people access to my personal information as when i asked for the statement no security questions were asked to confrim if am the rightful owner of the account and when i asked her she said the bank knows their customers. "How stupid is that" I want this mather attented to and i want to get who ever arrested as i will not know how much more of my details does this person have..
