Recieved the wrong card
We went over to the new Aspire encore account on the app it showed the new black card . I did not have a card for a long time was using my virtual card.i then ordered a new card also asked Angel in my chat service if the card will be the black one she said yes so when the new card arrive it was the gold one.i am very upset about this .please can thy cancell the gold card *** and apply for the new black one on 1 July 2021 without any costs to myself.i can cancell it on my side but then I must say it is lost and not the wrong card.Please assist thank you

04 Jul 2021, 14:07The lady contacted me and said I must reorder my new debit card so today I order a new debit card got a notification to give my delivery address.But then it said that your gold card has been ordered this is now the second time that it saying this.I went on secure chat and told them about this Themba then came back and said that the new cards will only be available mid July to beginning of August.But why did Fnb not send out a notification so people would know.He then said that people who ordered a new card in July and got the old gold one must re order it from the middle of July at no cost to them.Please can thy reassure me that this is the case.
