Recieved half of usual my e-bucks

I lost half of my e-bucks last month because I moved my FNB savings from one FNB savings account to another FNB savings account. It took three weeks for FNB to come back to me, after I explained what I wrote below to them. Their answer that I did not maintain a balance of R15 000, meaning the funds had to be in the same savings account for the full month. But this is not what the condition says on the e-bucks website "Do you have at least one FNB Savings and Investment Account and maintain a monthly balance of at least R15 000 across your FNB Savings and Investment Account(s)?" The question is what does across savings accounts mean? In my understanding it means that the total of all my savings has to be R15 000 or more at any day of the month, it does not mean it has to be in the same savings account throughout the month. Sometimes the people working at the bank have to look at the bigger picture. E-bucks is there to win customer loyalty, by providing an incentive for them to save as much as possible at the the bank and to keep the funds there. Moving funds from one savings account to another does not warrant this petty action from FNB.

FNB came back with some technical reasoning that it take more than 24hours for a internal transfer between accounts and that was why the balance was not kept above R15 000 on all savings accounts. It shows on my statements the the funds moved out from Money Maximiser on 24th of October and into my Money on call the 24th and vice versa on the 27th. Very disappointing how FNB handled this.
