Receiving e-mail notifications

Dear FNB,

Let me start by mentioning that I am NOT a client with you. However, I receive e-mail notifications continuously about one of your client's online activities.

I have called into your Support Department on ********** to report this on 27-Mar-2017. Your consultant first wanted my ID number - there is no reason for me to provide this, as stated I am not an FNB client. After re-iterating this to the consultant, I then asked to be put through to a manager. The consultant put me on hold and then dropped the call.

I called in a second time and chatted with Mpho Thaane (Ref: Rr ********** 8169). Mpho was much more understanding and promised me that someone will call me back within 48 hours to have this issue resolved. No suprises - no one has contacted me as yet.

What is laughable though is that your organisation sent me an e-mail to rate your service, while addressing me by the name of your actual client. Shouldn't FNB be more concerned with their client's privacy and take my request seriously ??

Reviewer Update

It's been a month now and this is still not sorted. I did receive a call on the day that I initially posted this review saying that someone else will be in touch with me thereafter; dissapointingly, no one did.

Why do I care more than FNB does that they are sending me their client's confidential information ??

I've received the gentleman's bank statement. Would it be nice for FNB or for your client if I started disclosing his personal information which you insistent on sending me?
