Recalling payments

I have made a double payment to one of my FNB accounts by accident and was told that I could recall the one payment, I called on Saturday.. No answer, I call today again (Monday) and am being sent from pillar to post, one guy said I could fill out forms to recall the payment - it would be emailed - then when I tell him it's for a FNB acc I get transferred, the next lady I talk to tells me she can help me I must just hold but I get sent back to the option menu and no one comes back to me??? I hang up and call again.. The guy I speak to tells me that he will put me through to a menu option where I will then need to choose option 1 only to be sent to an automated voice that's asking me what do I want??????

FNB is suppose to be the easiest bank to bank with..

So after receiving a very friendly and apologetic call from Clinton on Monday I was assured that my money would be back in my account by yesterday COB, instead I get an email saying I need to go into the bank to do this reversal.... After being at the bank on Saturday and them telling me to call and they would be able to do it for me???? I'm really getting frustrated with this situation!!!
