RECALL THE MONEY WHICH IS NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so frustrated with you that I do not even have the words to describe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My colleque has made a payment wrongly into my account which was not suppose to be for me. He want to recall the payment but due to FNB, it is apparently an immediate payment and can not be reversed!!!!!!! bull****. ThePOP clearly states regular payment. how much easier must we make it for you? He is at Capitec and they are shunting him around to you, and you shunting him back to Capitec. What is so difficult to recall the money which has all the proof that it was paid in and NOT an immediate payment. ALL I WANT IS HIM TO GET HIS MONEY BACK AS IT IS NOT MINE!!!!!!!
