I will like to thank FNB for finally resolving my problem even its after two months but I really appreciate it very much. I finally received my money on Saturday when i woke up my money was there . I will also like to complement an employee who was will to assist me any how at the branch in Sunny side FNB by the name of Brilliant he was so patient not only with me but with other clients .If FNB can have employees like that it will go very far. As for the Menlyn mall branch with only trainees I wouldn't say the same including the manager who doesn't have time for clients . Above all that you also to Cleopatra client Service Specialist /Recall and Reversal you are the best.
