Reaped off

I have been reaped of by fnb.i deposited money into a wrong account I rested them to reverse it.i filled in the forms.when I did a follow up I was told the owner of the account said I must call her.ypon calling her she wanted me to send pop and she paid me back.a week later boom fnb charged me R313. Just to give me phone number.thats a wrap
