Reap-off

I regret the day that I bonded my homeloan with FNB. You will never finish paying a a homeloan with FNB. Should you miss a payment , they will include legal fees that are 250% above your instalment and you’ll pay for that for 20 years. I have thus far been charged more than 20k worth of legal fees. There is a good arrangement that FNB has made with their attorney’s. People should be warned and avoid taking homeloans with FNB. Their staff members are also trained to be robots not to listen but to be defensive. They will tell you about their stupid policies and what they are trained to do. Client centricity is miles away from their vocab. Customer experience is a stranger to them, humility is non-existence and making money from the previously disadvantaged is the name of the game.
