Really really bad service for the nr 1 bank in South Africa

People please be advised when settling accounts at fnb, do check your statements to see if they don't owe you any monies. After months i only got back monies owed to me after i inquired of it, and dint be to keen on seeing the accounts removed from your credit profile because 4 months down the line im still struggling to get mine removed. In the meanwhile my credit liability went into the in "high risk profile". Which they don't care about since ife contacted numerous times and upto this moment nothing has changed with regards to that. Instead im being send from pillar to post.

Another ring ife also noticed is,that when you owe them monies they are quick to respond with debturs letters etc, but I'm still waiting for an amount of R3500 that they been owing me almost three years now. With that being g said the cfm kiss my behind, I'm canceling my policies and moving my bond from them. They really a lost cause
