Really poor service

I was unsuccessful in buying air time and followed onscreen number to follow up at 18.23. After 30 mins on Securechat and several attempts to get any response from Molelekoa or Reabetswe, I have given up. Despite a warning I recently moved R900000 from FNB to CAPITEC because it is impossible to get comms from FNB, no answer. Why should I wait for 30 minutes on a simple issue? A client for 20 years.
