REALLY!!! It is getting beyond ridiculous now!!!

Even after filing complaints, speaking to people having escalation after escalation FNB just cant seem to get their act together. I mean, a deceased estate tax clearance and certificate is suppose to be 21 days, but here we are 3 months later and still nothing done. why in the name of all that is holy is it that difficult to get anything out of them. Its now at a point where I must seek legal action as they are holding up an estate with never ending excuse and diabolical ineptitude on a minute by minute play. I would not reccomend this company to be a bank or anything. even my last issues were brushed off as nothing.
