REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
So FNB, I have opened up 2 investment accounts for my kids in December 2019, for obvious reasons the accounts are frozen and I cannot transfer funds into them. Anyways, after I followed up with FNB it was discovered that you required some documentation, to which I provided on 13 January 2020, even though the documents were received by FNB nothing, all I get is a generic response and nothing thereafter. I tried to make contact with FNB to see what the hold up is on 15 January 2020 leaving me highly frustrated and I even sent a complaint on ***, then there was a tax form that needed to be completed and sent through, this was done on 16 January 2020. To my knowledge everything is now fine and by probably today I can start transferring funds into the accounts, then today I get a response from my original mail with all the documentation that I provided on 13 January 2020, that they need to be certified. Really? What needs to be certified? Why did you not tell me this from day 1, surely you know what you need to get things done in the least amount of time and the least amount of frustration and inconvenience to the client. Does FNB want me to open the accounts if not just tell me and the business can go elsewhere, because clearly you guys have no interest in providing concise and detail requirements
