really FNB ??

I am trying to increase the daily limit on my Fusion account. Now all of a sudden I inserted a wrong pin number although this is the pin number I always use when paying with this card. Then it says I don't have access to this card. You know. It is just ridiculous to struggle like this. Maybe its time to explore new banking horizons.
