Really FNB????

I have been an FMB client since 2011 and have a business account and a Premium Cheque Account. Since opening the account each and every month I transfer the salary that I pay myself out of the business account into my Premium cheque account, Today I get a call requesting me to add myself as a beneficiary and pay the amount over that way, not through a transfer in order for me to qualify for my E-bucks. When I asked the consultant why that is an issue after 9 years she said it is a campaign they are running. You are more than welcome to cancel my ebucks FMB and downgrade my premium account. (I will save lots of banking fees). I will not be forced by your to do anything that I do not want to, And do not harass me with marketing calls this time of the year. I am busy.

SO this is the best that FNB could do. No phone call, no effort to remedy. Need I say more!

Good day Miss Rossouw,

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding the eBucks campaign.

During this time, we the bank are trying to help clients maximize their eBucks earnings, but this will not be enforced on our clients to change their banking behavior.

Please validate to which account you would like to downgrade to?
In terms of downgrading the account, to keep your accounts aligned (cheque and credit card account), this process can take up to 14 business days to ensure that both cheque and credit card account is sorted. For your credit card downgrade, a new contract will be voice contracted or signed to complete the instruction.

You too have the option if you want to keep the credit card as is or if you want to align the products.

To view other account fees, please visit our website under 'Rates & Pricing'

Please confirm the above in order for us to proceed with the downgrade instruction.

Regards,
